Salad can be your good friend everyday!

Eating healthy diet is really helpful to improve your body system. It's not just bringing you health but also youth.

One of the healthy recipes I really love is salad. I have to eat at least once a day. Sometimes twice when I have time to make that.

Try to put as many as types of vegetable in your salad if you can. I usually put about 10 types.
